Modern Stay Near the Station
convenient situation clean facilities easy transportation friendly staff
The hotel is conveniently situated a short walk from the taxi drop-off point near the station. It made arrival easy. I found the facilities quite new and clean. The hotel is really close to vaporetto stops and gondolas, so transportation was simple. The staff was helpful and friendly, which I appreciated.
The air conditioning did not cool down the room as well as I expected, though it was still better than the humidity outside. It could have been more effective for a large room.

Breakfast included plentiful options every morning. I found many selections. Cristina was lovely and always offered a friendly smile. Alessandro. He was kind and helpful.

The front desk arranged a boat ride and a tour with a glass factory on Murano. It was included with my stay. David in reception was very helpful and helped me understand how to navigate the area. I felt supported.

I loved the patio and garden at the back of the hotel. The garden is green and peaceful. It is great for evening drinks or a morning coffee. The comfortable bed allowed for a relaxing time.

great location variety breakfast cute staff modern decor
The location is GREAT near the train station. It made arrival and departure very easy. I loved the variety at breakfast. There were many options, including fresh pastries and fruit. The staff was cute and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the modern decor in the rooms and common areas. It felt fresh and stylish.
The air conditioning wasn't working, so the room temperature was a bit too warm for my liking.

The reception staff offered quick, efficient assistance with luggage storage and check-in. The breakfast service was attentive, always keeping the buffet stocked! The staff was particularly helpful with directions and recommendations for local dining.

The hotel was easily accessible from the train station, very convenient. a fruit basket and a welcome message greeted me, a nice touch. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. I felt well looked after.
the air conditioning wasn't quite as effective as i'd hoped, and the room felt a little too warm! though i was told the system was centrally controlled.

the hotel's proximity to transport hubs is a significant advantage, especially with luggage. being near the train and ferry stations. i could quickly reach attractions.
